PXN Warranty Policy
1. Overview
At PXN, we are committed to providing reliable products and professional after-sales support. This Warranty Policy applies to PXN products purchased through PXN official websites, official stores, or authorized distributors/resellers.
All eligible PXN products are covered by a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase, subject to the terms and conditions below.
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modification, improper installation, human-caused damage, or normal wear and tear.

2. Warranty Period
All PXN products are covered by a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase.
This warranty period applies to the main product unit and eligible accessories sold with or for PXN products, unless otherwise required by applicable local law.
Notes:
- Proof of purchase is required to verify warranty eligibility.
- Warranty coverage begins on the original date of purchase.
- If local consumer protection law requires a longer mandatory warranty period, such law will prevail.
3. What Is Covered
This warranty covers product defects caused by manufacturing issues or material/workmanship problems under normal and intended use, including:
- Functional failure caused by manufacturing defects
- Material defects under normal use
- Workmanship defects affecting normal product performance
If a valid warranty claim is confirmed, PXN may, at its discretion, provide repair, replacement, replacement parts, or another reasonable after-sales solution.
4. What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, improper handling, or improper storage
- Damage caused by unauthorized disassembly, repair, modification, or firmware alteration
- Human-caused damage
- Damage caused by drops, impact, water, liquid intrusion, fire, or other external causes
- Damage caused by improper voltage, unstable power supply, or incompatible accessories
- Cosmetic wear, scratches, dents, discoloration, and normal wear and tear
- Products without valid proof of purchase
- Products purchased from unauthorized sellers when authenticity or purchase records cannot be verified
- Customized, personalized, or specially configured products, unless a defect is confirmed to be manufacturing-related
5. Shipping Fees and Responsibility
If a product issue occurs, customers must first contact PXN customer service for troubleshooting and warranty confirmation before returning any item.
Shipping responsibility is handled as follows:
(1) Seller-Related Issues
If the problem is caused by PXN or a confirmed product quality issue, such as:
- Damaged item on arrival
- Wrong item shipped
- Missing parts
- Confirmed manufacturing defect within warranty
PXN will bear the applicable repair cost and return shipping cost as appropriate.
(2) Customer-Initiated or Non-Quality Issues
If the return or service request is due to:
- Change of mind
- No longer wanting the item
- Incorrect order placed by customer
- Other non-quality-related reasons
The customer is responsible for the shipping cost.
(3) Warranty-Valid, Non-Human Damage Cases
For products that are within the warranty period, show no human-caused damage, and are confirmed to require warranty service:
PXN will cover repair costs, but the customer is responsible for the shipping cost of sending the item to the designated after-sales address, unless otherwise required by law or agreed in writing by PXN.
(4) Human-Caused Damage
If the product is damaged due to the customer’s own actions:
The customer is responsible for both the repair cost and the shipping cost.
PXN may request photos or videos for assessment before offering a repair solution.
6. How to Obtain Warranty Service
To request warranty service, please follow these steps:
- Contact PXN customer service through the official support channels.
- Provide:
- Order number or proof of purchase
- Product model
- Serial number (if applicable)
- A description of the issue
- Relevant photos or videos showing the problem
- PXN will review the case and confirm whether the issue is covered by warranty.
- If return or inspection is required, PXN will provide the return address and instructions.
- Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
- After receiving and inspecting the returned product, PXN will determine the appropriate solution, including repair, replacement, replacement parts, or other reasonable after-sales support.
7. Relationship to Return & Refund Policy
This Warranty Policy applies to product defects and after-sales technical support.
For no-reason returns, change-of-mind returns, cancellation requests, opened/used product returns, depreciation fees, and refund timing, please refer to the PXN Return & Refund Policy.
For clarity:
- Orders canceled within 3 hours of purchase may be eligible for a full refund.
- Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled, but may be returned according to the Return Policy.
- Returns generally must be requested within 30 days of receiving the item.
- Returned items must be approved in advance and sent according to PXN instructions.
8. Purchases from Resellers or Distributors
If you purchased your PXN product from an authorized PXN reseller or distributor, please contact that seller first for after-sales assistance.
If they are unable to resolve the issue, you may then contact PXN official support for further help.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PXN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of its products, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.
Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
